Event description:

Join us at this first Diversity Dialogues event of 2016. The ‘listen and learn’ session will feature three experienced practitioners in diversity from well-known companies based in Belgium. They will share their own experiences, challenges, lessons learned, advice and perspectives on some of the different dimensions that make up diversity in business, in particular age, culture and gender.  We have built in plenty of time for Q&A with the speakers as well as networking between participants in the spirit of enabling dialogues around diversity.

 

Katrien Goossens will share how Euroclear has put the gender diversity topic on the strategic agenda, what actions they are taking to advance the diversity & inclusion agenda and the lessons learned along the way.

Inge Janssens from Experience@Work will illustrate how ‘co-sourcing’ can represent a socially innovative solution to the age diversity challenge that is increasingly faced by companies, allowing people to work longer in a manner that is motivating and beneficial for both the employee and the employer.

Nathalie Vandaele will share highlights/findings from the 2016 Deloitte Millennial Survey, Winning Over the Next Generation of Leaders. The 2016 research focuses on Millennial’s values and ambitions, drivers of job satisfaction and their increasing representation on senior management teams.

Katrien joined Euroclear in Brussels in 2004 and has held a number of functions in different domains, including communication & marketing and internal change management consulting. She moved to the HR division at the end of 2014 to lead Euroclear group's Diversity & Inclusion and Well-being initiatives.
