What we do
The British Chamber is a platform for business development. The chamber supports established and growing companies by connecting them to the right people and through a range of business events and services.
Our friendly and welcoming environment facilitates new business connections, and we offer personalised advice on how you get the most out of the Chamber's extensive and diverse network and use the platform to profile and promote your business.
Whether you are interested in international business, EU affairs, or the Belgian business environment, we offer inside knowledge and practical assistance to help you succeed. There are a number of opportunities for business development at the British Chamber:
- Our Accredited Service Provider programme offers business to business advice on a range of business development opportunities including visibility, exclusive access to a number of international trade events, enhanced networking, and lead generation.
- As a facilitator for EU relationships, the British Chamber gives members an inside track to top EU policy makers. We also provide excellent profiling opportunities.
- The British Chamber organises five free networking cocktails every year; with around 100 participants at each event, these present excellent opportunities to build connections and attract new business. Our Networking Partners are at the front of the queue thanks to the profiling they receive at each of these cocktails.
- Our programme of business events offers a variety of informal networking opportunities and provides members with opportunities to learn from each other and showcase their expertise. Specifically, these activities include: tax, finance & legal seminars, skills development trainings, high-level briefings on global business issues, and debates and workshops on diversity in business.

How you can get involved
The British Chamber can assist you in your business development if you:Join one of our Task Forces
We organise events and activities through a number of member-led task forces. This means members have the opportunity to shape the agenda of the chamber in order to gain the insights, skills, and business development opportunities that interest them most.
If you would like to organise an event and you don’t see the relevant task force, please get in touch with the Business in Belgium team.
